A 1st Year students of School of Management visited  ‘Riddhi Display Equipments Pvt. Ltd.’ on 9th Nov. 2017 at Bhojpara, near Gondal.  Riddhi Display is prominent exporter and manufacturer of display cases and counters, display equipment for bakery and other confectionary items.  Started business in 1985 by the young and innovative entrepreneur Mr. Shailesh Patel.

Company’s HR Executive- Mr. Hardik guided students and narrated the story of the business and explained about production and other functions. Students got real life learning and realized the importance of management practices and learned about decision making. Interaction with managers was inspirational part of the visit.

The students were accompanied for the visit by Dr. Reena Patel, faculty member of School of Management.
