The School of Management has been proactive in providing great exposure to its students to help them learn the art of decision making and becoming a leader. Organizing events and activities in alignment to the career goals of students has been a regular feature of the School of Management of RK University, Rajkot. The ninth consecutive year of RK University’s Management Fest - BIZVISTA2023 remained a unique experience for the students of RKU as well as for the participants from various schools and colleges of Saurashtra region. This year the event was organized simultaneously on both the campuses of RK University on 21st January, 2023. This year the event was planned, executed and operated by students of BBA, B.Com, BBA (Honors) and MBA of RK University thereby helping them learn the most important lessons of Management as a real-life experience. BIZVISTA 2023 was packed with learning, entertainment and fun with more than 425 participation from Rajkot, Morbi, Junagadh, Jasdan, Atkot and other places participated actively in Biztainment Quiz (Quiz on Management), Movies Mantra, Treasure Hunt Competition, Photo Click and Rangoli Competition. The Management Fest was coordinated directly by more than 100 students of RK University helping themselves in understanding the real-life dynamics of business and entrepreneurship. Students learned important lessons of Planning, Organizing, Selling, Promoting, Team Work, Crisis Management, Negotiations and Bargaining and many more. All the students of RKU and the entire Saurashtra region look forward to this event every year for fun, learning and winning…! The endless efforts of student coordinators and faculties made the event a huge success and all the guest students, jury members, sponsors were awestruck with the coordination and management of the entire event.
