Cooking Without Fire

School of Management, RK University, Main Campus organized a competition named "KITCHEN MASTER" on 6th March, 2023. The main theme of the competition was "COOKING WITHOUT FIRE". The aim of the competition was to provide a platform for students to showcase their talent and explore new areas of interest. Mainly four categories were included in this theme i.e. Fruits Decoration, Salad Decoration, Drinks Preparation and Food Items Preparation. The competition was organized after the lunch break from 12:30 to 1:30 onwards. The rules and regulations of cooking items were passed on to students in advance. There were around 20 students who participated in this competition. The participants prepared healthy dishes like Cucumber Boat, Crispy Crown, Chocolate Ball, Vegetable Frankie and many more using easy and quick recipes. This competition provided not only a platform for the students to foster their creativity and decision making skills but also helped them to explore their hidden talents. The competition was organized by Prof. Pooja Pandya for the students of UG and PG under the guidance and support of our Director Dr. Aarti Joshi.
