School of Management, RK University had organized an Expert Session on the 25th of August, 2017 for the students of MBA on Goal setting and its importance in Life by Dr. Raju Rathod, Professor from G H Patel Institute of Management, Sardar Patel University, Vidhyanagar. He addressed the students that how setting the Goal for Life and smaller goals for achieving the main goal of life helps in boosting the confidence and motivation in life for achieving the excellence. As Management Graduates, what are the expectations of the Corporates and Industry once they become responsible citizens towards the society. His Lucid and creative way of addressing a very important aspect of Life to the students had a very good engagement and involvement from the students. He explained about need and importance of goal clarity and vision and emphasized that for success we need to be patient and hopeful. Expert also highlighted the way MBA students can improve their skills and attitude to help them in getting better placement and successful career. It was a very enjoyable and learning session for the students and faculties of SOM.
