The School of Management, RK University (Main Campus) organized an industrial visit to Rajkot District Co-operative Milk Producers' Union Ltd. on 12th February 2025- 14th February 2025. A group of 200 students from BBA Semester-2 participated in the visit. Rajkot Dairy Official Mr. Nimish Bakshi, guided the students about various operations and activities of Rajkot dairy. He made us understand the importance of maintaining the highest standards of hygiene in milk production to prevent spoilage. He provided a comprehensive overview of the entire milk production process, from purchase to placement at retail outlets. Additionally, he shared information about various other products offered by Amul and their manufacturing processes. Following the session, he guided us on a tour of the manufacturing plant, allowing us to observe the machinery and operations in action. Overall, the experience was highly beneficial for the students, who expressed their gratitude to Nimish Sir and the college faculty for organizing such an enlightening visit.
