The School of Management, RK University (Main Campus) organized an industrial visit to Adani Industries, Mundra Gujarat on 27th February 2025 till 28 February 2025. A group of 54 students from BBA and MBA and two faculties participated in this visit. The students visited Adani Port, Adani Wilmar, Adani Solar and Adani Power. Mr. Manoharsinh Gohil, senior project officer at Adani Foundation was our liaison for this visit. The trip started with Adani Port where Mr. Gohil explained the port operations that were carried out as well as its plans for future expansion. From there students went to Adani Wilmar. Here Mr. Gohil apprised the students about the manufacturing of oil from various seeds of sunflower, Soyabean, mustard etc. Mr. Gohil emphasized that utmost importance to quality is given here to ensure best customer experience. This concluded our first day of visit. On the second day Mr. Gohil took us to Adani Solar and explained to us the entire process of Solar Panel manufacturing. He revealed that the majority of solar panels by Adani Solar are exported to the USA. Also at this facility double sided panels were manufactured that were higher efficiency than single side panels. Lastly, we went to Adani Power. Here a company official explained the power generation process and how day-to-day operations are carried out. This concluded our Adani Visit. For the entire visit facilities like food, lodging etc. were provided by Adani Foundation. This visit proved to be an exuberant experience to Students. And they were deeply thankful to Adani officials for such a wonderful experience.
