The School of Management at RK University (Main Campus) has organised an interesting "Yog Garba" on 9th January,2024 for the female students of SOM under the women cell, which is organised by Prof. Bhumika Tanna under the guidance of Dr. Aarti Joshi. These are two traditional practices that can contribute significantly to the health and well-being of women, both physically and mentally. Yoga involves various postures (asanas) that promote flexibility, strength, and balance. Garba improves stamina and enhances overall physical fitness. Combining yoga and garba can create a comprehensive approach to health, encompassing physical fitness, mental well-being, social interaction, and cultural enrichment. More than 130 female students of SOM experienced the joy of movement, the benefits of yoga, and the cultural significance of Garba in a harmonious and integrated manner.
