The School of Management, RK University (Main Campus) organized an industrial visit to Captain Tractors Pvt. Ltd. from 8th September to 10th September 2025. A group of 130 students from MBA Semester-3 and BBA Semester - 5 participated in the visit. Mr. Ankit from Captain Tractors Pvt. Ltd. assisted students in this visit. The visit started with a breakfast session at Captain Tractors cafeteria. Students, then, were taken to explore the assembly plant of the company. Here they visited the Engine section, assemble line, paint department and quality check department. From here they were taken to the area where they were assembled and finished tractors of all sizes were kept. Here the company spokesperson clarified that different size tractors cater to different markets. Smaller tractors were sold in India as well as abroad, but bigger tractors were mostly sold in India. Students also saw a company documentary where it was learned that captain Tractors Pvt. Ltd, has received numerous awards throughout the years from government as well as private organizations. Post this Mr. Ankit explained company operations to students and cleared their doubts. He explained how companies use market research and trade fairs to enter new markets. He also explained the importance of feedback about the product to students as it can help improve the sales. This concluded our visit. Overall, the students enjoyed the visit thoroughly and were thankful to the faculties for the same. This Visit was organized by Asst. Prof. Alankar Trivedi and managed jointly by Asst.
