Train, Earn and Learn (TEL) 2025 – A Practical Learning Initiative

School of Management, RK University, Main campus organized a Train, Earn and Learn (TEL) 2025 program from 18th September to 25th September 2025 at the SOM Seminar Hall. This event was conducted in collaboration with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (II) to facilitate learning for students. During this session Chartered Accountants gave practical and valuable knowledge to students. On the first day i.e., 18 September 2025 CA Tanmay Shah taught Tally to students. The next day CA Ankit Kothari gave practical insights of Excel. On 22 September 2025 students learned about communication skills from CA Nishant Patel. Following this on 23 September 2025 CA Jeet Kakkad imparted knowledge of GST to students. Next, CA Darshak Thakkar gave the information about the Income Tax. And on the last day i.e., 25th September 2025 CA Dipti Shah conducted a session on office etiquettes for the students. During all the sessions students exhibited active participation and enthusiasm for the speakers. The experts shared real-life case studies and hands-on experience with the students enriching their knowledge. The TEL 2025 program successfully met its objectives of bridging academic learning with practical applications. Students gained essential workplace and technical skills that will significantly contribute to their personal and professional growth. The entire TEL program was coordinated by Dr. Raghuvirsinh Jadeja Sir, Assistant Professor with support and guidance from Dr. Hemali Tanna, Deputy Director, School of Management, RK University.
